Image Issues

Immewnity (the site owner) doesn't like (actually he hates) images that aren't official (therefore what you did isn't official), also if I ask you a question on your talk page, answer it there.—★Pika ³³²³ 15:23, 13 April 2011 (EDT)

Let me clarify what Pika3323 is saying. The versions that are uploaded to Bulbapedia were tinkered with color-wise to make them look similar to the actual coloring. As you are well aware using Paint.NET (which, by the way, I adore Paint.NET), the more an image is changed, the harder it is to change back if something goes wrong. Thus, we're trying to keep original coloring as much as possible.

I do know where the originals can be found with correct colors, even at a higher resolution, but sadly we do not have access to Nintendo Europe's press site. Only Nintendo America, Nintendo UK, and Nintendo France. (NoE's is Germany, Belgium, Spain, and the Netherlands, IIRC)
