This makes it possible to have templates in your signature, without the raw signature coding appearing on talk pages.
To use it, first create a signature subpage under the name User:Your Username/sig and then go to your preferences. In the nickname/signature field, copy the following code:
{{SUBST:nosubst|User:Your Username/sig}}
Type ~~~~ after your comment to sign it, with a timestamp.
